Levi Care Providers, was established in 2018. It is a CQC registered organisation that provides high-quality domiciliary care and supported living to empower young people, adults, and the elderly to live comfortably, safely, and independently within their preferred communities.
We are driven by the desire to promote the well-being of our Service Users as well as ensuring, that everyone is kept safe from abuse, harm, and injury.
Our services will consist of:
- Domiciliary Care services (DCS)
- Supported Living Services
- Supply of carers and support workers to other nursing homes, hospitals, special needs colleges and institutions, and service users in their respective private homes.
We will provide our services to any of the following (not exhaustive list) service users:-
- Adults aged 18-65
- Adults aged 65+
- Dementia
- Physical disability
- Learning difficulties or autistic disorder
- Children aged 4-17

We send a quality check assurance form to our clients, for every staff, to review their service delivery.
